How to use this tool
Breakout Strategy turns scanner output into ready-to-plan trades: each row is a LONG or SHORT plan with entry, stop-loss, three ATR targets and trailing rules.
How it works
- Default 4H timeframe suits swing-style range breaks; switch 1H for faster setups or 1D for structural moves.
- Confirmed = price broke the range with volume above the EMA filter — highest conviction in this engine.
- Pre-setup rows are watchlist plans: levels are calculated but the break is not yet confirmed on close.
- R:R shows reward-to-risk to TP1 vs stop distance — use it to compare plans, not as a guarantee.
- Open a row for full notes including range bounds, volume filter result and the active LONG/SHORT playbook.
What to consider
- Plans are model output, not financial advice — always validate with your own chart and risk rules.
- NEUTRAL bias means the engine shows the closer side of the range; check notes for the active playbook.
- Prefer Confirmed + Volume OK when trading live; pre-setup is for preparation and alerts.
- Cross-check with Breakout Scanner for raw levels or Trend Following for higher-timeframe direction.
- Stops and targets use ATR multiples — volatile alts may need wider size adjustments.
